Booking - Terms and Conditions
Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be deducted from the final balance due for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule are made with at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are typically non-refundable and non-transferable; however, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will remain payable.
No Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a missed appointment, and the full treatment fee will be payable.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may shorten your treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee remains payable.
Practitioner Cancellation Policy
As a small business run by one practitioner, there may occasionally be unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or family emergencies, that require me to reschedule an appointment. In these situations, I will always provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative appointment. Any deposits paid will be transferred to your rearranged booking or refunded where appropriate. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Health Information
Clients must provide accurate health information and inform me of any changes before treatment.
Right to Refuse Treatment
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it would be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside my scope of practice.
